OUR REVIEWS: CERTIFIED SPRAY FOAM Insulation

"I have used Certified Spray Foam several times this past year and couldn't be more pleased. The work is on time and always as quoted. They are clean and get the job done quickly. My crawlspace is now able to maintain proper temperature and moisture levels and my house has never been more comfortable or energy efficient. Before having the crawlspace encapsulated and insulated by the experts at Certified Spray Foam my power bills were regularly $300 to $400 per month. It has been nearly a year now and I haven't seen a bill over $265!! My wife is extremely pleased with the insulation job they performed in the tack room in her barn. The mini-split HVAC system in there is also very happy as it barely runs to maintain a comfortable 74 degrees year-round. Recently I built a large 1000 square foot metal workshop or, as I began to realize in the middle of the hottest days in summer, a very large oven, with 12 foot wall heights and needed ultra-efficient insulation and a reliable air seal to keep the energy requirement of conditioning the space down as low as possible as it is being powered solely via solar panels and a large battery bank. While they were spraying the workshop they went ahead and ran some spray in a small 8-foot x 12-foot garden shed I just built for my son to have a small workshop of his own. I have yet to install the mini-split units in these buildings but the difference with just the spray foam is amazing. Honestly, if I hadn't already purchased the 2 mini-split systems I might not even install them! Thank you for all of your hard work and professionalism this past year. We found Pat to be a true gentleman, professional, and someone who cares about his work and providing his customers great results. Each time we visited the construction site while he was working, he took the time to answer all our questions and we were able to see his attention to detail. The foam insulation that he installed throughout our house, including the attached garage, is performing incredibly. Our costs for heating and cooling are is better than we expected, and his product have proven to be worth the investment. The foam insulation has also provided great noise insulation. Pat Holzer and company was one of the easiest and best contractors we dealt with during the entire build process. "Certified Spray Foam recently installed open cell foam in the bottom of my beach house in Cherry Grove, SC. My newly purchased home had a moisture issue on the first living floor of this raised beach house due to excessive sweating in the HVAC ductwork. After a substantial amount of work on the subfloors and the HVAC system, the finishing piece to correct this issue was the installation of the spray foam. I am very pleased with the job Certified Spray Foam did. Pat Holzer was there when he said he would be and ready to work. He and Richard installed plastic to protect the ground floor of my house, explained the process to me and answered all of my questions before and during the installation. Pat was very thorough while installing the foam and both he and Richard inspected his work after completion, looking for area that needed further attention. They were both a pleasure to deal with and I feel I certainly received my money's worth from them. I plan to bring them back at a later date to spray foam my attic. Used Certified Spray Foam in ceiling of a porch addition in Wilmington. Amazing difference in temperature and comfort after the addition of spray foam (even in this outside area). Very pleased with product.
